Design and customization

We’ll develop the most effective solution based on your specific requirements. We’re able to design machines and consumables to meet all needs, including  specialist requirements, and we can customize the products that you order from us down to the smallest detail, studying also the graphic design of your packaging.

Selecting consumables

We design and test all the consumables that we use and sell (plastics, thermoplastic film, glue, cardboard, etc.), right here on-site. They are optimised so that we can combine them with each other in the most effective way possible and process them on our own machines, leading to  top performance. If you’re not sure which products to use, we can help you to make the right choice.

Building the machine

We are not resellers: all of the machines that we use and sell are designed and built by us. By hand. From small blister packaging machines to enormous,  highly-specialised equipment for specific uses, each machine is created and assembled on-site by our technical team, which represents our biggest resource thanks to their unique and irreplaceable know-how.

Installation and tuning

When you buy one of our machines, we’ll not only build it for you by hand, but we’ll also deliver it to your company and install it ourselves.
We’ll set it up so that it’s ready to carry out its functions and we’ll make sure that it does so properly, dedicating as much time as necessary to making sure that every single detail is exactly as it should be.

Training

After installing and setting up the machine, we’ll teach you how to use it. Some of our automatic machines work using a combination of mechanics and electronic controls, and have a software interface that is used to programme each phase of work: we’ll explain how to use this and how to alter the initial settings in order to adapt the device to carry out new functions, allowing you to manage the machine all by yourselves. But if something goes wrong, we’re always on hand to help.

Supplying consumables

Depending on your workload and the machines that you use, we can supply you with the consumables you need, when you need them. We can even get them ready and store them for you. That way, you’ll never be short of material and run the risk of having to stop work, and you won't have to worry about storing excess stock either, because we’ll take care of that! Should your workload reach a peak or you have an unexpected consignment to deal with, then we’ll be able to support you.

Assistance

Our machines tend to last for an incredibly long time, without ever needing repairs, but ,for your own peace of mind, we guarantee to replace any electrical and mechanical components within the first 12 months. And should something go wrong and you need our help, we’ll be on hand to provide assistance within 24 hours (in Italy), in order to resolve the problem.

Inspection

We're so confident in the quality of our machines that we don’t plan any visits to inspect them: we don't want to burden you with unnecessary services, and experience has taught us that you won't be needing us for at least 20 years. If, however, you’d like to book an inspection for your device anyway, just to double check that everything is in good order, then simply give us a call and we’ll make an appointment.
